Founded in 2015

• Individual Placement and Support (IPS)
An evidence-based, zero-exclusion employment service for people with mental illness. IPS teams rapidly engage clients in job development and competitive employment, working closely with mental health professionals.

• Community Job Placement

Tailored job placement services ensure satisfaction for both job seekers and employers. 

• Career Exploration Services
A six-week intensive experience where clients develop soft skills through classroom sessions, business tours, and paid work training, leading to job placement.


• Group Supported Employment
Clients receive job coaching in groups of 2-4 in community-based settings, either at 43 North Iowa businesses or with local employers.

• Prevocational Services
Focused, goal-oriented tasks to prepare clients for community employment, offering paid training at 43 North Iowa-owned businesses. Time-limited services aimed at transitioning clients into competitive employment.

Helping high school students prepare for adult life:
