Business AI Learning Workshop

Artificial Intelligence is changing the way organizations communicate, create content, improve productivity, and solve everyday business challenges. This interactive workshop is designed to help business leaders and employees understand AI, use it responsibly, and discover practical applications they can immediately implement in their own organizations.

Participants will experience live demonstrations using today's leading AI platforms while learning best practices for prompting, responsible use, and maximizing productivity.

Participants will learn:

• What AI is—and what it isn't
• How AI can improve productivity and efficiency
• Best practices for writing effective prompts
• Responsible and ethical AI use in the workplace
• Data privacy and confidentiality considerations
• Practical business applications that can be implemented immediately

Participants will see real-world demonstrations of approximately six practical workplace applications, such as:

• Writing and improving emails
• Meeting summaries and action items
• Marketing and social media content creation
• Document creation and editing
• Brainstorming and idea generation
• Research and information gathering

Demonstrations are presented using leading AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini, allowing participants to compare strengths and understand how each tool can be applied in everyday work.

Our presenter is Chris Goodwin, trainer, consultant, and coach with Cornerstone Coaching & Consulting.
