Tom and his team have been on our account for several years now and have been nothing but responsive, informational, and polite. We recently had a claim and Tom was with us every step of the way. He followed up weekly after the initial claim to ensure that was moving along as it was supposed to be. After the whole thing was said and done I e-mailed him saying they did an amazing job, and they certainly did.
