Iowa Falls Community Service Award Nomination Form
It is time once again to honor an Iowa Falls citizen with the Iowa Falls Community Service Award. Please take time to think about possible nominees in your club, church, organization or business. There are always those people that go the extra mile. Please help us to honor those deserving individuals. Attached is a short nomination form for you to fill out and return to Iowa Falls Chamber/Main Street office by Friday, May 22, 2026. Please feel free to make copies of the nomination form if needed. The recipient of the 2026 Community Service Award will be honored with a plaque at Opening Ceremonies on July 3rd Estes Park at 6:00 pm.
