Frankenmuth Living was founded in 2018 as a partnership between the City, Schools, and Chamber of Commerce. The partnership expanded in 2023 to include the Library. This collaborative community effort began as a quarterly publication to local residents within the Frankenmuth School District and has developed to become an online presence, via FrankenmuthLiving.com, for improved connection and communication amongst local residents and businesses.

In hopes to improve community connection and communication, the City, Schools, Chamber, and Library have worked together to build reliable and accessible resources, such as the Frankenmuth Living publication and website.
